Summary of Agreement

By checking the consent box and submitting any inquiry, rental booking, career application, or customer support request on maskrobotics.in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, authorized to represent yourself or your entity, and agree to the rental, service, safety, and privacy policies set forth below.

Scope & Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement governs your access to and interaction with the web services, robot booking portals, quotes, and communications operated by Mask Robotics Private Limited, registered in Villangudi, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Submission of contact details, dates, or specifications through any online forms establishes a binding operational inquiry. Mask Robotics reserves the right to accept, adjust, or decline service inquiries based on robot fleet availability, transport feasibility, and venue safety compliance.

Robot Rental, Event Booking & Deployment

Certified Operator Dispatch: All rented robots (including Leo, Jennifer Photobooth, Aurora Dining, Unitree Go2, and Unitree R1) are deployed with trained Mask Robotics engineers who manage battery swap protocols, SLAM navigation, and crowd safety.
Venue & Environment Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a clean, dry, stable indoor or sheltered surface with adequate clearance. Robots must not be exposed to direct rainwater, extreme heat, open fires, or hazardous chemical environments.
Safety & Crowd Interaction: Attendees must follow operator guidance. Physical interference, tampering with robotic joints, or intentional force applied to robot arms or sensors is strictly prohibited.
Booking Confirmation & Advance: Dates are held only upon written confirmation and payment of the agreed rental deposit. Cancellation policies and date rescheduling are subject to fleet scheduling availability.

Robot Sales, Custom Builds & Python SDK

Quotations and purchases of Made in India robots (such as the Leo educational STEM platform, Jennifer Photobooth arm, or Aurora food service dinebot) include standard limited manufacturer warranty against component defects. Custom exoskeleton styling and Python SDK access are provided under authorized license for non-destructive educational and commercial applications.

Career Inquiries & Confidentiality

Information submitted through our Career Application form (resumes, portfolios, academic credentials, and project links) is strictly utilized by Mask Robotics human resources and engineering leads in Villangudi, Madurai for employment evaluation. Proprietary engineering methodologies discussed during interviews remain confidential.

Privacy Policy & Communication Consent

We value your privacy. Phone numbers, email addresses, and event details collected through our dispatch service (sales@maskrobotics.in) are solely used to prepare official quotations, coordinate on-site logistics, and provide technical support. We do not sell or lease customer contact information to third-party telemarketers.

By submitting a request, you give explicit consent for our team to contact you via Phone Call, WhatsApp, or Email regarding your inquiry.

Governing Law & Official Contact

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
